PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer two types of personal training; Martial Arts Personal Training and Premier Personal Training, both available at the Ocean Gym, Southampton or  anywhere within the New Forest or Southampton area.

Martial Arts Personal Training

These sessions are an excellent way to develop your martial arts skills, as you will have dedicated training in a 1:1 scenario or in a small group of your choice. These sessions are tailored towards the individual and will focus on your goals, whether that is perfecting a particular skill, improving your fitness or aiding weight loss.

Premier Personal Training

Ideal for those wanting more from their 1:1 sessions. Included will be a FREE  initial lifestyle, health and fitness consultation, whereby we will determine your current state of fitness and agree goals. As well as Martial arts training, we can also provide non martial arts fitness sessions, whether that be conditioning work or going out for a run, amongst others. You will also be given an optional programme to follow each week in your own time, or you may wish to follow a weight loss plan, where we will motivate you and inspire and have weigh you weekly and provide dietary plans.

Whether you are looking for someone to motivate, educate or inspire you, our excellent trainers will be able to help you.

Individuals or small groups welcome at the gym, in your own home or outdoors.
