MMA/Wrestling Instructors
We are pleased to welcome Dave McKenzie-Phillips and Stefan Vasili to our MMA Instructor team. Dave has a wealth of experience in MMA, Judo and BJJ and will join Sean Toomey in teaching the Wednesday class. Stefan is an Olympic Wrestler and showed his skills at the Sydney Olympics. He will be heading up the Monday MMA class. Both these guys are going to be real assets to the team and we recommend that you try one of their classes soon.
Grappling/MMA Interclub 12/02/12
The next interclub we will be entering a team is the Gym 01 Interclub on the 12th February 2012 in Portsmouth.
