AMATEUR MMA COMPETION
Well done to all the lads that competed at the Bulldog Gym's Amateur/Interclub MMA Competition, great performances from all the Lumpini fighters. A special well done to Dan Hope for winning the 'King of the floor' knockout competition. Lumpini fighters were: Simon Eastwood, Clayton Spencer, Dan Hope, Michael Hawkins, Simon Jura, Dave McKenzie-Phillips, Lee Taylor, Marco Crispini and Mark Miller. TREVOR BIRMINGHAM WINS
Well Done to our MMA coach Trevor Birmingham for winning his pro MMA competition by 1st round GnP. Also, well done to Dave Chandler for his win in pro MMA by way off 1st round submission.
9th February 2008 - Woking Interclub - Thai Boxing
A big well done to Lee Taylor, Michael Warman, Simon Eastwood, Michael Hawkins, Simon Jura, Trevor Birmingham and Ken Jones for their excellent perfomances at the Woking interclub. Also, a mention for Sonny Mordin, who weighed in alongside his opponent, only for his opponent to walk out a few hours before their bout.
